We offer 1 hour free consulting per project. During the meeting we would like to know your vision and hear your story. Each potential engagement begins with a briefing process. This is perhaps the most valuable investment of your time and resources for your project.

The briefing process is a casual session, so no worries if you are not familiar with all the latest technology concepts and buzz words. During the briefing, our goal is to better understand your vision and share with you some of our relevant knowledge and experiences.

Defining Success

Using the information gleaned from the briefing process, we then work with you to:

• Document your goals, wants, and expectations.
• Agree on the approximate project scope and schedule
• Estimate your project budget and requirements
• Evaluating the possible risks
