The briefing process is a casual session, so no worries if you are not familiar with all the latest technology concepts and buzz words. During the briefing, our goal is to better understand your vision and share with you some of our relevant knowledge and experiences.

Defining Success

Using the information gleaned from the briefing process, we then work with you to:

Document your goals, wants, and expectations.
Agree on the approximate project scope and schedule
Estimate your project budget and requirements
Evaluating the possible risks

We can also evaluate and audit your existing technology solutions in terms of effectiveness, risks and look into possibilities of improvement.

Depending on the size and scale of your project the number of required consulting hours can vary anywhere from a two hour session up to a few weeks. Naturally the only way for us to put forward a realistic Project Estimate is to study and understand your vision an challenge it thoroughly.
