iCookDiet is a lifestyle diet and cooking instructions iphone app for medical or cosmetic weight loss that doesn't require starving yourself. The approach is very simple: follow this diet program for 6 days and you'll have 1 cheating day to indulge yourself with whatever food that you like!

iCookDiet allows you to watch your daily caloric intake and provides a list of suggestions on what food items you can have per meal. The iphone app also provides short and simple cooking tips on preparing your meal. The results are quite rewarding as people will start noticing you and give you compliments.
