Health Connection BC

Health Connection is a directory of health and community programs and services on the North Shore of Metro Vancouver, British Columbia. It also lists social service agencies that support clients in their local community (e.g., peer support programs and transportation services). Physicians and private home health providers are also included for users’ convenience.

HealthConnection also provides a RESTful Web API (Application Programming Interface) for their iOS app, which our team developed.

Health Connection is developed using Anahita.io, an open-source platform for developing knowledge-sharing apps and services. The Anahita project was founded and supported by rmdStudio in partnership with the North Shore Divisions of Family Practice and Vancouver Coastal Health.
